            Responsibilities
            1. Take charge of the development of a whole module.
            2. Learn the applications of other lines independently and warm up quickly to play as major contributor.
            3. Discuss with PM/Architect/Other engineers directly to sort out some requirement/technical design questions.
            4. Trouble shoots QA/CM/PROD issues which are hard to reproduce.
             
            Qualification
            1. 2+ years’ experience of web development. (Reference).
            2. Play as key engineer in 2+ delivered projects which last more than half year.
            3. Skilled in Java, javascript, node.js and popular frameworks like struts 2, spring, backbone.js/angular.js.
            4. Skilled in relational database like oracle/mysql and nosql is plus.
            5. Solid attitude regarding development quality.  
            6. Good English reading/writing skill.
            7. Basic English speaking/listening skill.
          • QA Engineer
            Responsibilities
            1. 参与美国硅谷互联网软件产品测试的全流程, 负责中型到大型网站底层基础架构系统级别测试,包括软硬件架构的更新,新架构的引入等。对完整软件生命周期关键点进行质量把关。  
            2. 针对关键质量风险点进行技术分析和讨论,牵头开展相关测试, 包括制定测试计划及用例,协调测试资源,构建测试环境,执行集成测试,回归测试, 发布支持测试,探索性测试等。
            3.熟练使用公司自动化测试平台、性能测试平台、安全测试平台、持续集成平台,可配合进行性能,安全和自动化测试。  需要时可能参与产品线特色化的测试策略制定和测试执行, 以及现有平台的增强,编写新自动化测试套件及工具等。
            4.保证被测系统的质量,并通过测试流程和方法创新,努力提升研发的质量和效率。
             
            Qualification
            1.理工科、计算机或其他相关专业本科及以上学历
            2. 1-3年及以上测试或开发经验,有互联网电子商务技术性测试或开发经验者优先。
            3.熟悉测试理论与测试方法,对互联网质量保证领域有强烈的兴趣和热情,能主动进行技术钻研。
            4. 具备一定的编程能力,较熟悉Java/C/C++或各类脚本语言中一种。 有Java, Shell或Python/Ruby/Go, Javascript, Selenium WebDriver等使用经验者优先。
            5. 了解Linux或Unix ,数据库原理和操作及Web基础架构知识如 J2EE, Tomcat, Apache, HTTP/SSL协议, Cookie/Session 者优先。 
            6. 流利的英文读写能力,良好的听说能力,CET-4及以上或同等能力。

            1.Support corporate call center operation
            2.Maintain and update customers‘ database
            3.Correspond with customers via email
            4.Correspond with insurance carriers via email
            5.Note: all documents, emails are in English
             
            Qualification
            1.BA (TEM 8 or equivalent)
            2.Good logic thinking and communication skills
            3.Ability to comprehend and process letters/reports accurately (in English)
            4.Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise good time management to meet individual and team goals;
            5.Skilled in software such as Microsoft Word; Outlook; Excel;
            6.Willingness to work overtime during holidays (including Spring Festival and National Holidays) 
            7.Team player; detail-oriented; well-organized; patient; responsible and receptive to changes;

            Position Summary
            This position will assist customers with claims and/or billing issues; inform applicants/customers of underwriting process times, and policy benefits, and acts as the primary point of contact between applicants/customers and health insurance carriers. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service with eHealthInsurance customers.

            Responsibilities
            1.Assist inbound customer chat including but not limited to helping customers navigate the web site, understand and explain the application process.
            2.Identifying potential issues that adversely affect our customers and reporting them immediately. 

            Qualification 
            1.Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
            2.Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently
            3.Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
            4.Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), excellent keyboard skills
            5.A major in English (TEM 8)
            6.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
            7.Adheres to production/performance standards
            8.Team player, focused on results
            9.Must be available for night shift which could include but not limited to Saturday’s, Sunday’s, holiday’ evenings and night shifts
